Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

Wedding Value Viz provides professional photography and videography services for weddings and special events. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 30 days before your event. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Delivery and Timeline

Edited photos will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Wedding videos will be completed within 8-12 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

4. Copyright and Usage

Wedding Value Viz retains copyright to all images and videos. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 90 days before the event receive a full refund minus a $500 processing fee. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit the deposit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.
